• Production of weekly / monthly reports for the management of the bank; • Calculation of KPI per different levels of allocations (RMs, Branches, Towns, Groups); • Budget forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis; • Plan / Actual analysis of budget execution (gaps analysis) • Calculation of the Incentive premiums per RMs Object;

- Preparation of the Administrative and grocery report; - Planning, forecasting and the control of execution of the budget of Bank; - Formation of the reports on execution of the budget of Bank; - Preparation of presentation materials by financial result, the budget of the company and other questions; -Calculation business-models of regions, including calculation of a recoupment.
