As an Analyst I collect requirements, analyze, document, negotiate them on different projects. Since August 14 I've been working on project of development of Fraud Prevention Solution. Till August I worked on an ITSM Solution deployment project. I'm holding a Scrum Master Role in my Current team as well.

Our group was responsible for developing support monitoring system. As a part of team my charges were: Managing of monitoring set deployment: preparing specification, preparing requests for tender (RFT), approving completed works. Managing licenses for monitoring servers, devices. Developing SLA, OLA, and other agreements between different sectors. Developing technical documentation (regulations, instructions, procedures). Review assets and disposal old equipment.

I supervised our team, did support important users, ensure that our team met service level agreements, customized different types of telecommunication equipment, was responsible for the monitoring process.
