I am working as a software tester on a project focused on developing web-based dental practice management application. This comprehensive solution streamlines practice and profitability management by offering seamless integration with time-saving electronic services, providing valuable opportunities for enhancing dental practice efficiency.

As a software tester and knowledge keeper, I was responsible for testing the HL7 Windows service in a project focused on developing applications for healthcare organizations. My primary responsibility was expanding the automation framework to cover existing and new functionality with automated tests.

As a QA team lead, I led the testing efforts for several projects for a US federal government customer, which involved extensive cross-team collaboration and also demanded extremely strict adherence to deadlines. The project develops and maintains a desktop application for multi-location private dental clinics and federally qualified health centers. The project uses the HL7 protocol for data transferring.

As a freelancer on the uTest online platform, I worked as a Quality Control Engineer, participating in web and mobile application projects. I completed over 250 test cases and identified more than 500 bugs that were approved for development. I became a "favorite" tester for two customers, a designation that signifies significant contributions to projects and prioritizes invitations to new testing rounds.

Completed an intensive Quality Control course that enhanced my software testing skills, provided a solid foundation in software testing fundamentals, and included hands-on experience with a non-commercial open-source project.
