Vidmind is a tech company, which creates and manages VoD streaming platforms. EU, APAC, and NA markets. As a Product Manager, I was responsible for developing Web and Mobile applications on the UA market: Working collaboratively with 2 development teams. Each includes 6 people. Web and Mobile (IOS and Android App) development. Provided changes to the methodology of SDLC. Implemented the SCRUM framework for the team, which improved the productivity of the team by 25%.

Betinvest is a group of companies in the betting industry. The company operates in the EU markets. As a Product owner, I was responsible for the application in the Croatia market: Worked collaboratively with 10+ developers, both frontend and backend development, QA, and designers. Continuous prioritisation of the product backlog based on market changes, customer feedback, business priorities, and requirements. Implemented and provided a full redesign of the main platform.
