Radio access solution 2G/3G/4G and bid preparation for RFP/Q/I. Collaboration with tender team (proposed technology 2G/3G/4G, products, SW; negotiation of the timelines and clarification of the final deliverables). Preparation of the statement of compliance, bill of quantity, technical solution description, customer presentation, customer pricing file, base station connection schemes, power consumption budget. Organization of the bid preparation processes, resource allocation and team management.

Solution and bid preparation (RFP/Q/I) for SDH/DWDM and Transport Network Management System. Collaboration with tender team (proposed technology SDH/DWDM, products, TNMS; negotiation of the timelines and clarification of the final deliverables). Preparation of the statement of compliance, bill of quantity, technical solution description, customer presentation, power consumption budget, optical lines budget. Organization of the bid preparation processes, resource allocation and team management.

Research, development and maintenance of the air craft antenna-feeder devices. Designing and conducting experiments for AFD research at the laboratory. Measurement of the VSWR, directional diagrams of the antennas and feeder attenuation. Collaboration with the production department and conduction of acceptance tests for ADF. Preparation of functional verification instructions and reports. Test of AFD characteristics on the aircraft.

Assembling, tuning and testing of servers, workstations, desktops and laptops of the following vendors: HP, DELL, Fujitsu, SUN. Installation of the Windows XP/Vista, MS Office. Receiving returns of the equipment from customers. Interaction with the service department in case of product defect.
