Knowledge of various types of presses and press operations.  Determine project timeline considering project scope, lead time for required bought and manufacturing items.  Submission of multiple project schedules to customers on regular intervals.  Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities of all functions and resolving problems.

Participating in DAP (Design Approval Process). manager.  Allocate appropriate resources to ensure project is completed in given time and budget.  Progress monitoring, Expediting and Reporting.  Customer communication.  Monitor and co ordinate with the design, control, assembly and vendor development department to achieve timeline of project.

Manage, supervise and control production activities for production line.  Knowledge about handling daily production of all variants of seats as per targets  Daily Reports-Daily 1st OK check sheets, operator polyvalence, 5s check sheets, TPM 1
