Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Geheimhaltungs-, Entwicklungs-, Werkzeug-, Projekt- und Lieferverträgen mit Lieferanten. Bestell- und Vertragsabwicklung inkl. Reklamationen unter Anwendung von SAP.

Steuerung von Einkaufs- und Vergabeprozessen von strategischen Liefer- und Dienstleistungen Steuerung und Begleitung von komplexen Ausschreibungen, unter Berücksichtigung von nationalen und europäischen Vergaberechts ( SektVo, GWB). Laufendes Beschaffungskontrolling und -reporting, unter Einbindung von SAP-Funktionalitäten Personalverantwortung: Disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von 8 Mitarbeitern und 2 Werkstudenten am Standort.

Steuerung der Beschaffungsprozesse von strategischen Liefer- und Dienstleistungen. Steuerung und Begleitung von komplexen Ausschreibungen, unter Berücksichtigung des nationalen und europäischen Vergaberechts (VOL/A, SektVo, VgV, GWB). Stellvertreterin des Leiters strategischer Einkauf für Liefer- und Dienstleistungen Personalverantwortung: Fachliche Führung von 2 Mitarbeitern am Standort.

Head of Advanced Purchasing group of one of the Business Units within Continental Automotive. Budget responsibility of EUR 360 Mio per anno. 3 direct reports and 16 people worldwide with a functional reporting line.

Head of Category (Commodity) Management Sensor Elements and Modules, with a purchasing volume of EUR 350 Mio per anno. Responsible for: definition and implementation of the product group strategy, Budget, stratplan and personal responsibility (2 people), negotiation of Non Disclosure, Development, Project, Tool and Supply agreements, Supplier Base definition, secure supply capacity and initiation of cost saving activities with the suppliers.

Head of the purchasing group belonging to one of the business centers within Continental Automotive Systems. Budget responsibility of EUR 280 Mio per anno. Responsible for both operating and strategic purchasing activities for the business center, and a group of 12 people with functional reporting line.

Strategic buyer with purchasing volume of EUR 180 Mio per anno. Responsible for: definition of the supplier base and negotiaiton of non disclosure, development, tooling and supply agreements, securing supplier capacity.

Capital Invest buyer for machines dedicated to the tires production. Budget responsibility of EUR 100 Mio per anno.

Industrialization of new components for the autmotive industry, including capital invest budget definition, machines specification, approcal at supplier and start-up in own facilities, and leadreship of the the production plant project related multifunctional team.

Project organization of new initiatives, including project introduction, agreement with multifunctional team, and execution. Production machines definition, specification, management of construction team, start-up and failure trouble shooting during production.

Introduction of new initiaties in the sub-suppliers production. Assurance of raw materials supply, communication of demand to suppliers and control of deliveries.
