Managing the contract execution and archiving process, supporting projects of the Legal Department, assisting the Head of Legal in corporate housekeeping of Swiss entities.

Management and administration of the group's global IP portfolio which includes registration of all trademark rights and domain names (worldwide), defense and enforcement of these rights towards third parties, drafting, reviewing and executing agreements and other IP related documents, advising clients on IP related questions, project management, contract and data management, monitoring deadlines, instructing and supervising outside counsels.

Providing legal assistance to 2-3 lawyers (primarily IP and tax specialists) in daily business and special projects, preparation of submissions to the courts, proofreading legal documents (German/English), organization of events and conferences, monitoring deadlines, preparation of tax returns, drafting of PowerPoint presentations.

Executive assistant to the CEO, responsible for accounts receivables, support accounts payable and financial accounts departments, support receptionists and customer service department in a variety of tasks.
