A multinational clay brick producer for the New Residential, ICI and Renovation markets. P&L responsibility for a $110M multi plant clay brick manufacturer with a total staffing level of 290 employees (unionized and non union). Managed a $60M operating budget and responsible for operations, HR, finance, mining, safety, quality and engineering. Coordinated strategic vision, provided organizational clarity, engaged/recognized employees and measured performance.

A just in time, just in sequence, tier 1 automotive plant (non union). Responsible for all plant activities including manufacturing, quality, HR, material control, finance, engineering, maintenance, launch and IT. Fostered a culture of empowered employees pursuing the vison and values of the organization and driving for operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
