Managed a commercial portfolio of regional properties with responsibility for maximizing the ROI through the analysis of efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance of the company’s portfolio of real estate assets that were owned and/or managed through acquisition, disposition, or on-going operations, lease renewals, sublease activity, and owned property management.
