Manage a team of 25 people in Italy and India dealing with simulation of diesel engines components and sub-systems(thermo-structural, structural dynamic, bearings, oil circuit). Provide technical leadership in assigned functional areas of analysis and conduct math-based studies to support the development of the Small Diesel Engine Sector. Mentor, coach and develop employees and their career paths. Support hiring and on-boarding processes for new employees as needed.

Develop and maintain analysis plans, balance the workload, coordinate the activities, propose and support development of new analysis procedure for RLM (Road to Lab to Math) and DFSS

Detailed planning and execution of assigned simulation activities, results analysis, creation of reports, harmonized standard analysis definition and implementation: thermo-structural and dynamic (multi-body) analysis on diesel engine rotating and reciprocating components (crankshaft, connecting rod, piston) and exhaust manifolds
