- Act as an internal relay to the FSF - ensure availability of information, documents, technical support & improvements - Weekly reporting and dashboards on commercial efficiency & coverage - Organization and coordination of commercial sales cycles + sales meetings - Improvement of processes and workflows, internally and externally with relevant departments (redefining scopes, area of responsibility, service level...) - Side projects to improve general competency level of FSF (e.g. sales booklet)

• Preparation of the technical specifications and business needs for the new tool to support sales on the field • Propositions and management of reporting needs for Heads of Sales • Training and support of change management for field sales force • Preparation of processes and documentation for the Sales Back Office

Responsible for the whole management of consumer inquiries and complaints. Responsible for follow-up towards executive management. Creation of monthly reporting, KPIs. Setting up of new work processes and practices, update of working documentation. Project and department coordination – sales, communication, mktg, quality. Training, follow-up and evaluation of apprentice (Training Unit) Preparation, organisation and management of outsourcing of the Service
