Trading and Risk Management Recruiter Sapient I work onsite at Sapient, London. I recruit and headhunt permanent TRM professionals into Sapient. More recently focusing on hiring for Sapients Energy Commodities Practice * Liaise with Senior Management and Directors in TRM throughout Sapient in order to understand their requirements and successfully target market leading candidates. * Screen and interview candidates over the phone and on a face to face basis during the recruitment process

Here I was recuiting for the Openlink Endur and Calypso markets on a permanent and contract basis. I was recruiting BAs, Developers, Project Managers, Programmes Managers and Suppport Analysts. I was dealing with Investment Banks across the UK, Europe, US and the Asia Pacific. I also recruited Trading Risk Management professionals to Global consultancies such as Deloitte, Accenture and Capco.
