My main goal is to design and implement AI-driven capabilities, including conversational interfaces, predictive alerting based on historical data and behavioral patterns, and context-aware system interactions. I am driving product discovery sessions and cross-functional collaboration with design, development, engineering, data and business teams to define solution direction and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

As a Senior Product Designer, I worked on projects from various industries and was responsible for supervising and participating in most of the design work, such as discovery workshops, prototyping, design, and interpretation of usability test data. I also worked closely with the Chief Design Officer and the marketing department in the area of ​​creating a sales offer, the main pillar of which was design.
