• Operated and evolved Dynatrace Managed as the central observability platform for 500+ hosts and applications; owned instrumentation, dashboards and alerting • Built centralized event management in Opsgenie across all monitoring sources, incl. escalation and on-call chains • Supplementary log and metric monitoring with Elasticsearch • Kept monitoring intact through the data center migration (Q1 2025) • Go-live checks after releases; led a cloud migration PoC to a delivered non-prod environment

• Owned day-to-day operation of Dynatrace Managed: configuring monitoring environments, maintaining dashboards and alert rules for the supply-chain SaaS platform • Introduced / expanded Opsgenie as central alerting, connecting hundreds of monitoring sources • Built Elasticsearch-based logging as the central logging system across applications

• Three-year vocational training with a focus on system integration; embedded in the monitoring team from the second year onward • First hands-on responsibility for Dynatrace configuration in live operations • Completed training and moved directly into the Jr. Technical Expert role
