Since 2004, I have founded my own company, active in technology controls and compliance projects

I was hired by Itecor to lead large IT projects and to build the IT Governance Service Line. My main responsibilities consisted to sell and write proposals for large projects delivered by the technical teams of consultants. I also had to work with the Itecor Board to initiate the understanding of ITG. I have facilitated several workshops, internal presentations to launch it.

I was working in the Information Systems Audit & Advisory Services Department (ISAAS) and have principally worked on complex long-term technical projects (comprising E&Y consultants and client resources) and on IT Audits. In parallel, I have managed “Key Accounts” and have contributed to actively sell the department’s services.

For this important Swiss software/hardware resale outlet, I have participated in the creation of the IT Training and IT Support departments.

In this international business school, my responsibilities were to: • Develop and teach IT to the students of the school : practical and theoretical knowledge of IT management • Train other teachers and employees to the usage of IT tools • Expert for IT exams in other schools • Maintenance of computer rooms and laptops (more than 600 computers)

I was responsible of the Training and Change Management Service Line for the Management Solutions Department of Deloitte & Touche Switzerland. In this position I was leading a team of 10 internal resources and other external consultants. I also became a European Project management trainer for Deloitte & Touche (internal D&T methodology based on PMI)
