Laurent has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of corporate and individual tax matters. Based on a strong practice within the Benelux countries, he advises Belgian and international clients on their operations including corporate structuring/restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment funds and treasury centers, high net worth individuals and expats issues. He is particularly active in cross-border transactions involving France, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
