At Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty Marine Underwriting Department I am focused on analyzing regional marine portfolio to ensure KPI reporting, steering and monitoring. Additionally, I support the regional marine head and practice group leaders in the identification of growth opportunities as well as with the planning & budgeting process.

•Support all sales activities of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty. It includes a broad range of day to day operational reporting tasks as well as preparing in-depth analyses of the sales process globally. •Provide diverse data in standard and individual reports for all sales processes in corporate insurance, e.g. target setting, sales planning, profitability reports on account level (broker and client), distribution channels or commission calculation. • Create sales reports for market intelligence

Assisted all activities related to merchandise flow, store maintenance, expense management, shortage prevention and store sales support functions for a significant portion of the total stores volume.

· Tracked and ensured accuracy of carriers rates. · Research and resolution of carrier payable invoice problems. · Prepared inventory statistics and maintained updated stock records. · Researched and made freight analysis for quotes requested. · Coordinated drop shipment requests and sent daily reports. · Processed orders for USA and Asian customers.

·Assisted the CEO in managing the projects of the company including bidding, scheduling, purchasing, subcontracting and customer service. ·Determined sales forecasts for proposed new services. ·Justified new services development investments through financial analysis and prepared quarterly state financial reports. ·Reported to the CEO of TTT and worked with external consultants as well as executive staff to review the existing organization structure in the areas of Project Management and Logistics.

·Coordinated activities to attract new clients to the Port. ·Made national and international presentations of the Port. ·Researched and developed written master plan and marketing plan of the Port. - Bidding contracts coordination.
