Preparing documentations for LSP performance measurement, KPI development and Track&Trace subprojects, cost calculation for Footprint Warehouse optimization project, responsible for creating business case for tendering process. General organizational opportunities including coordinating workshops of external participants and participating at tender concept meeting with external logistics service providers.
