• Transport and road delivery operations (in Fuels) • Strategic decision making in a short and a long term in scheduling trucks - 40 trucks-optimizing delivery cost in daily scheduling (meeting unit cost target by optimised schedule) • Experience in cooperation on daily basis with external suppliers (contracted transport companies) and local stakeholders (Supply, Cos, Credit team, Admin Team, RT) – good relationships with all of them

• Organization of company’s transportation and ensuring flow of press delivery • Management of storage of furniture and equipment for the company and remaining franchises • Verifying, updating and optimizing of trips • Negotiating the conditions of cooperation with carriers and maintaining good relations • Cooperation with dispatching, trade department and warehouse • Compiling and controling contracts with subcontractors • Analysis and optimization of transportation costs and preparing cost reports

• Management of fleet of 60 lorries • Cooperation with dispatchers and planners • Communication with drivers – via telephone or by using Fleet Board or Car-Cub • Refueling control and cooperation with servicing companies • Preparing daily and weekly report statements

• Preparation of transport offers for current customers and searching for new business partners, business negotiations, supervision on signing contracts - Developing business on the eastern markets and Western Europe • Maintaining good company’s image and excellent relations with business partners • Organization and coordination of employees’ work in order to ensure the highest quality of shipping and transportation services • Monitoring financial performance and reporting to the headquarters

• Supervision of the planning and execution of transport orders • Management of company’s truck fleet, analysis and minimization of costs • Invoicing, record-keeping of liabilities and receivables • Analysis of demand for transport services in the TSL service market • Searching for new business partners and conducting trade negotiations

• Organizing and executing tasks connected with forwarding and transporting of goods in import and export • Daily contact with customers • Issuing orders to the storehouse: admission vouchers, issuance vouchers, declarations of submission and receiving the goods (customs warehouse) • Timely realization of shipping and accurate exploatation of company’s transportation • Preparation of monthly lists of goods turnover

• Performing activities related to forwarding and transportation of exported and imported goods (from the adoption of forwarding service to issuing an invoice for service) • Types of transportations included: general cargo, bulk cargo, containers, combined and oversized loads • Preparation and management of shipping documentation • Getting familiar with work in the storage department and in customs office
