Managed internal events for the executive dining rooms of Morgan Stanley and United Bank of Switzerland. Organized and managed daily dining events, and corporate functions in the Excutive Dining and conference rooms of Morgan Stanley. Supervised large and diverse staff of 30 in addition to assistant manager; planned, organized and developed training for staff. Hired staff. Conducted daily staff meetings, managed weekly budget reports, weekly staff schedule, and weekly payroll.

Designed and organized all aspects of busy catering company. Operated two seasonal Cafes: one at Hancock Shaker Village from May-November; in addition, operated seasonal Cafe at the Sterling and Francine Cark Art Institute in Williamstown, MA. In addition to day today operations of cafes also catered on site events in both museums as needed & required.
