• Leading a small team of engineers technically and act as technical project leader from acquisition to industrialization of our battery systems. • Monitor results, ensure deadlines and coordinate tasks with Project Managers and Customer • Develop the system architecture, technical concepts and measures for our battery systems. • Electrical, thermal and mechanical development of concepts for automotive battery systems (BEV, PHEV, HEV) for 48V/400V/800V levels

• Provide technical leadership, engineering direction and product guidance to customer focused teams of product engineers • Ensure that designs are robust, high quality and cost effective that meet or exceed customer requirements. • Verify production feasibility of all designs and ensure that vendor, associated engineers and plant colleague input is accurately reflected • Support and directly participate in new business development and acquisition

• Independent development of high-voltage battery systems • Presentation and discussion of results with customers and in-house • Independent development and evaluation of optimization proposals • Control and lead of projects with independent action • Project Lead for different High-Voltage Battery Platforms(German and International Projects)

- Design process systems for Chemical / Automotive / Pharmaceutical / Industries - Design services from Project Inception to Detailed Design and Implementation Phases - Providing project management service by assisting clients in defining the project, establishing options and managing project delivery - Review project specifications to define process requirements - Meet with the customer or other consultants to gain a clearer understanding of what type of design is needed

- Performing advanced CAE simulations to evaluate and enhance full vehicle crashworthiness performance in conjunction with occupant safety using Abaqus and LsDyna solvers. - Apply advanced safety/crash methodologies and analysis techniques - Create reports and evaluate results - Conduct optimization simulations using FEM methods

- Design analytical systems and create 3D representations using SolidWorks - Creating and developing the preliminary and final documentation package for analytical systems based on the customer’s specifications - Creating the P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) - Creating the layout drawing for each system based on the P&ID and bill of material - Management of revision cycles and their ISO conform handling - Contributing to the quality improvement of each documentation
