Dr Hilty is an integrative psychologist, with a focus on Eastern and Western theories of psychology as well as the mind-body connection. She maintains specialization in the fields of cultural, transpersonal, and health psychology, and is additionally influenced by a background in classical Chinese medicine, somatic psychology, and Asian shamanic traditions.
