Oversees multiple functions of the Region such as quality evaluation and improvement, Value-based Care, HEDIS, Stars, Utilization Management, Case Management, network development, and provides oversight and direction medically for the region.

As Medical Director, I helped oversee 9 of Continucare's 20 offices with day to day responsibilities of problem solving for 20 PCP's on the medical side of the practice. Patient relations, referrals, chart reviews, HEDIS, and 5 star were some of the responsibilities of the position. I also served as Medical Director over the MSO Division of Continucare helping the coding team with our over 35 IPA Physicians.
