- Defining, planning, executing and monitoring assigned projects within budget in cooperation with other departments (Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance) and the Engineering group. - Management and responsibility for the average annual CAPEX. - Supplier management (communication, definition of technical solution, contract management, supply approval and subsequent invoicing). - Economic and technical monitoring of project milestones.

Research, study and design of technologies focused on the optimization of the process, in the special machinery (composite, defence and lamination sector). - Project management: coordination between technical teams and clients - Technical documentation creation and coordination of projects and customers requirements - Development of new technical solutions with the Design department - Coordination and development of procedures of R&D tests - Managements of activities in the R&D Department

PhD - Industrial Engineering - Study and development of Virtual Prototyping methods and tools for the simulation and optimization of products, processes to support all the design phases of mechatronic products - Creation and validation of virtual multiphysics models for the reproduction of energy consumption tests of household appliances in compliance with the Ecodesign Directive
