• To manage the Capital Projects process from idea to handover. • Managing Capital Projects Engineers team • Ensure project risks are managed and escalated and cost and timings are met. • Manage the interaction with Group and Sector Projects • Build and continuously improve project management capability, which includes all elements of the governance, process, reporting KPI, system and competence development • To work with the leadership team to assist in prioritizing project selection

*Managing all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to handover *Maintaining complete ownership and accountability for project schedule and budget *Developing project scope reports, equipment specifications, bid requests, schedule, cost estimates *Instructing and supervising the work of designers and engineers within the department as it pertains to the engineer’s projects *Supervising and directing the design, installation, start up of new equipment/systems

-Leading a group of Project Engineers, multidisciplinary team -Coaching -Project Management: Project Initiation to Handover Stage

-Project initiation, planning, development, design, implementation, handover, commissioning and followup -Resources planning and real time project tracking with Microsoft Project -Liaison with: production staff, maintenance, security, procurement and environmental health and safety department -Vendors coordination and supervision -Develop in a leadership role, mentor the interns and coach the junior engineers -Follow LEAN principles of 5S -SolidWorks, EPDM and Microsoft Project working surrounding.

CAD designer/Mechanical Engineer in the Research and Development department: - Concepts and designs development - Function verification of proposed solution (simulation, calculation and prototyping) - Technical documentation - Frequent optimization of existing products.
