Business development, project structuring, negotiating and execution of projects in Serbia. Involved in debt and equity transactions with project size ranging from EUR 1 million to EUR 150 million; Total portfolio EUR 400m, average asset size EUR 40m ranging from EUR 4m to EUR 150m; Covering mostly corporates from Manufacturing and Services and Agribusiness sector. However was involved in public sector finance as well.

- Setting-up a corporate recovery department in Serbia; - Managing the activities of the department in restructuring and recovery of non-performing assets in Serbia. - Responsible for entire non-performing portfolio of the bank (debt products only). - Providing advice to the Banking Department for cases with early signs of difficulties.

- Active role and advisory in financial restructuring and turnaround of companies privatized by Midland Resources Holding in Serbia and Montenegro; - Active participation in decision making regarding all major investments in the acquired companies (investments above EUR 1m); - Supervisory role: held a position of President or Member of Supervisory Boards of the largest companies acquired:
