•Screen and Conduct interview of job applicant in china market •Provide administrative support such as employment correspondence, placing recruitment advertisement both in Germany and China market •Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers •Prepare HR reports and analysis; •Accomodate Foreign client to China for interveiw Sessions •Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
