Managed payroll and compensation operations for 800+ employees at Huawei Technologies, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and alignment with corporate policies. Supported regional payroll operations across Central America, partnered with Finance on cost planning and audits, and acted as liaison with the Regional Payroll Shared Service Centre in Malaysia. Led compensation data consolidation during the Huawei–Tigo Honduras merger and managed vendor coordination for 500+ outsourced employees.

Led HR operations at Supermercado K-Diprova, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, terminations, and HR policy implementation. Designed 30+ job descriptions, managed full-cycle recruitment processes, and ensured compliance with Honduran labor law. Successfully led a high-volume hiring initiative, filling 80 positions within four months to support company expansion.
