- Comprehensive private banking and wealth management service including accounts in major currencies, secured loans, debit and credit cards, Internet banking, etc, and buying and selling stocks, bonds and funds on behalf of clients. - Maintain and update customer’s records and profiles and montior internal and external transactions, as part of the KYC and AML requirements. - Contribute to PB continuous development in delivering new products and services and streamline processes and procedures.

Provide trade recommendations to clients each according to their objectives and risk appetite utilising internal and external products. - Product knowledge: To know in detail all aspects of the products and services we offer so that any query is answered clearly and promptly. - Morning briefing of the London office on market developments including suggested trade recommendations and weekly presentations on the functionality of the trading platform.

- Account Management: Advised clients on managing their margin-based accounts trading currencies, bullion, futures, forwards, options on bullion, oil, stock indices and CFDs. - Market commentary: Wrote a daily market summary report for the benefit of our clients, emailed to daily to our clients, covering the US economy, forex, US equity and debt markets, bullion and oil. The report also included trading recommendations based on technical analysis.
