Telecommunications law and competition law including sector specific contractual drafting and review ; supporting the Company and Turkcell group companies on issues of regulations, administrative law and competition law in order to assist risk management; providing legal assistance concerning international investments and M&A projects; reviewing and approving projects, products and marketing campaigns or compliance with laws and regulations; representing the company before governmental authorities.

Responsible for all legal affairs of the company including the construction and sale of the first submarine fiber optic cable between Turkey and Italy; assisting the company for attending and succeeding in the tender of Turk Telekom A.Ş. for the procurement of such cable; assisting the company for the application and obtaining a license from the Telecommunication Authority.

Worked in intellectual property issues; resolved disputes of trademark infringements through specialized litigation; reviewed and drafted contracts of copyright, trademark, franchising and patent rights.

Compulsory Traieneship. Trained in legal research at various fields of law; studied legal correspondence procedures and review methodologies; acted as an assistant to the partners in an alternative dispute resolution concerning energy market.
