Attend conference meeting with Client Hiring managers for gathering more information on requirements. Ability to cultivate client relationships, successfully service accounts and provide hands-on account management in a fast-paced environment. Monitor recruiting workflow and provide direction for prioritizing requisition load to ensure attainment of service level expectations. Oversee applicant tracking system utilization and maintenance; train staff on applicant tracking system procedures.

Recruited and staffed all departments, including development, operations, IT, and human resources. Complete necessary pre-employment processes, including background check/drug screen and reference checks.

Search resumes in different portals (Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn and Corp-Corp etc.) and post them accordingly. Find the candidates and screen them as per the client requirement (references, certification details & etc.). Formatting the resume as per company format and present those to the Account’s manager/Director as a best fit for their requirements. Owned full-cycle recruiting: interviewed, offered, negotiated and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
