As the CMM Programmer/Layout Technician, I write all part & gage programs & perform all hand measurements for PPAP's, designed the gage tracking database, review/update quality procedures & track hand tools & annual gage validations. I am also proficient in GR&R/capability studies using Datapage and GD&T. I perform all of these functions for 4 different buildings including Schaller groups prototype facility. The CMM software used is PC-DMIS. Schaller is an automotive metal stampings supplier.

As the CMM programmer/Layout Technician, I wrote all part & gage programs & performed all hand checks for PPAP's, also review/update quality procedures & track hand tools & annual gage validations. I designed the layout for the additional CMM lab in their new facility. The CMM software used is PC-DMIS. Wico is an automotive stampings & threaded extrusion manufacturer.

As the CMM programmer, I wrote all part & gage programs & performed all hand checks for PPAP's, provided gage R&R studies & capability studies as well as review/update quality procedures & track hand tools & annual gage validations. Su-Dan is an automotive stampings manufacturer. The CMM software used is PC-DMIS. As the CMM programmer I had many of the same types of responsibilities as when I worked for Ligon Brothers.

As the CMM programmer, I was responsible for writing new programs & running existing programs & performing hand check layouts to 100% verify every print dimension on the print for every part produced. A.C.R. is an aerospace manufacturer that produces mainly gears & complete transmission assemblies for helicopters and some aircraft both in government military applications & domestic commercial use.

As the Metrologist for an automotive metal stamping company, I was responsible for the entire company measurement systems, writing & documenting the procedures for QS-9000, programming for 3 CMM’s & technical support for the Quality Technicians, as well as, certification & tracking of all fixtures and hand tools throughout the company, and providing PPAP part layouts & digitized tool sections. The CMM software used is PC-DMIS.

As the CMM programmer/layout Technician for an assembly plant, my main duties included verifying customer submitted parts for part submission buyoffs using both the CMM & performing hand checks. Webasto is an automotive sunroof manufacturer and assembly plant & at the time was part of Magna International.
