Since I started working in TSD my responsibility has been divided into few roles. As a Software Engineer my responsibilities were to develop in-house applications. The projects I have worked on are a mobile app for displaying the content which TSD produces and a rest web app for the automatization process of creating TV schedules. Tech stack I have used in the projects: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Data REST, Spring WEB, Lombok, Android Studio, Maven, Gradle, Git, MySQL, ReactJS.

I have been engaged in Netcentric Academy as a Junior Backend Software Engineer and worked on an Academy Project using Adobe Experience Manager in conjunction with Java 8 to build powerful components and a whole web site for the game web shop. I worked in a team of 5 members, and we worked as an agile Scrum team. After I returned back from the Academy I joined the team which was working on a client project. In everyday tasks I used all technologies I adopted during the Academy.

Working on the projects in an agile team was my first professional experience. We made changes and improvements to an old web application developed using JavaEE. As a fresh joiner my task was, with the mentorship of an experienced colleague, to analyse code, learn, make small changes, write my own code and, what is most important for me, gain a precious knowledge and a good foundation for the future challenges. Tech stack was Java EE, MVC, JPA, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JDBC, MSSQL.

As a Technical Director I was directly responsible for improving business processes and growing sales at the company. Continuous monitoring of the market for new trends in the field of technical protection was a really important part of my tasks. Also, managing improvement of company policies and best practices as well as carrying out trainings for clients were very valuable tasks I performed.

As a Project Manager I was directly responsible for leading projects, managing projects and taking care of key customers. As a Product Manager I was directly responsible for taking care of access control products portfolio, coaching of the employees, creating offers for high demanding technical requirements, development of conceptual solutions in high level security areas. As a Technical Support I was directly responsible for technical support for security systems, technical problems troubleshooting.
