Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of accounting and reporting of financial statements including monthly and annual accounts for clients. This includes reporting to the FINMA, SNB and tax authorities.

a) Responsibility to manage all financial aspects of the project portfolio including monitoring budget versus actuals and implementation of corrective measures b) Contact person concerning project governance for IT EMEA Branches

a) Monthly financial close and oversight of foreign entities b) Weekly financial forecast for CFO c) Preparation of professional presentations for ExB, AC, BoD

a) Responsible for improving data quality for regulatory reporting for client assets and client turnover b) Improve processes and controls related to the new accounts payable and employee expense reimbursement tools

a) Responsible for legal entity balance sheet and income statement analysis and review, including accounting policy and accounting process consistency and monitoring issues affecting the balance sheet b) Preparation of the quarterly legal entity financial due diligence for MSCS which is presented to the BoD c) Responsible for compiling the quarterly Non-Investment Grade bond disclosure d) Analytical review of trading P&L and balance sheet accounts on quarterly basis supporting US GAAP due diligence

a) Responsible for Accounts Payable Staff b) Preparation and analysis of monthly / quarterly reports sent to the FINMA for the private bank, to local management and under USGAAP to management c) Prepare various SNB statistics with FiRE d) Daily review of bookings in financial accounting e) Preparation of VAT declaration f) Provide the annual report and liaise with auditors for the audit for the Swiss Holding company g) Participation on various projects
