 IT Information Technology Manager, responsible for the management of the IT Infrastructure (SLiS- Laboratory and Radiology Information System) and TELCO of the four (4) Diagnostics Health Centers. In charge of the analysis, design and project management of IT, SLiS and TELCO projects as well as for the recruitment of team members, the observance of the schedule and the deliverables.

 Responsible for managing large scale clients’ projects. Initiated, planned and recruited team members while monitoring the process to reach deliverables. Project coordination ensuring that all assigned projects and products maintenance are delivered on-time, within scope, quality and budget. Assign projects of new build data center, migration data center, structure cabling and network, CRM and ERP. Clients:  Ministry of Justice  Ministry of Education  Synergy Creation

 Revenue 2million, contribution margin 23% Achievements: Public Sector Tenders. First Placement in the Greek Market, Digital Strategy 2006-2013, subsidizing the acquisition of personal laptops to the students. Tender for IT Consumables by the Greek Parliament.

Responsible for the SAP AG ERP. Initiated, planned and executed projects with efficiency to deliver the final results. I.T. evaluation was conducted in order to re-organize company infrastructure and processes. Development of new applications and the conformity of the internal business processes to the SAP AG ERP.

 During my 15 years of service in the company I was selected in various positions. Positioned to the headquarters as a SAP AG ERP Project Manager for SAP roll out.
