Responsible for upkeep of company website, answering phones, making and confirming appointments between vendors and tenants and owners, and maintain files.

Responsible for meeting and exceded productivity levels of several departments including Hazardous Materials and Oversided departments. Was promoted to position acquiring daily tracking number from all branches in region to create national report for corporate offices of ABX Air and DHL (Primary ABX Air Customer). Worked as team member to improve daily report. Acquired Forklift Cert and HazMat Cert when needed.

Manage office, overseeing all route assignments, audits and coverage for all shifts. Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions. Ensure accuracy of payroll / mileage reimbursements. Prepare budget varience for branch. Other positions: Cust Svc Mgr, Dispatch, Sorter. As part of a team, was responsible for modifying an existing service in a way that was beneficial to both the customers and TBS Couriers.
