Leaded the project of re-thinking and renovation to reach it: product, POS material, channel management. Within a team successfully launched the new Nescafé Frappélatte concept in Spain (premium of Nestlé Ice Creams) – launched in March 2011. The success was such that in the first year there were 50% more demand than planned.
