Customer Engagement: Developed data-driven, segmented campaigns for acquisition, activation and retention to increase transaction volume and active card usage. Analytics & Targeting: Worked in the bank's Data Warehouse to analyze customer data, identify marketing opportunities and evaluate campaign performance. Omnichannel Campaign Management: Managed end-to-end campaigns across SMS, email, mobile app and ATM channels.

- Coordinated cross-functional communication with suppliers across multiple categories, managing delivery timelines and resolving service issues. - Operated SAP for procurement records and conducted market and price analyses to identify cost-effective sourcing options.
