Major functions include direct commucation with British designers and buyers on development, on-time dispatch monitoring, chasing orders from clients, quotation assistance,handling compliants and MOQ issue. Chasing finial approval on C/S, solving fitting problem. Monitoring on-time delivery

Was in charge of brand and customer such as Centro(Russia), Kidder(UK), Steve Madden(USA), Mustang and Mariamare (Spanish) Main work include direct commucation with designers, buyers and technician, keep the whole process from development to gain approval fluently, so what I fucused are on communication with related foreign clients on sample speicification, target price, fitting issues, and shipment. Ensuring samples are correct and dispated on time, price can be accepted, shipment on time.
