Supervisor, trainer, manager - manage all the import and export for air & ocean shipments. Insure that proper procedures and customer service guidelines are followed within the department. Manage timely quotes for customers, partners and sales department. Manage timely rating and billing on air/ocean import and export shipments. Accounting (receivable and payables) including reconciliation and resolution of chargeback’s. Generate bimonthly and monthly revenue reports. Manage Hazardous Goods shipments

Manage all the international air export shipments. Receive and process shipments from various customers. Prepare billing paperwork and necessary export documentation to accompany international shipments. Communicate with domestic and international branch offices regarding the proper handling and delivery of export goods. Dangerous Goods Certified
