Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment. Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile. Candidate interview and write the report to client. Communicates with clients to get feedback on candidates presented and arrange interviews for clients to meet with selected candidates if necessary. Communicates with successful candidates regularly after closure of assignments. Establish and maintain effective relationships with other consultants, industry teams.
