Focus Consulting is a Hungarian executive search and recruitment agency has been in operation since 1998. I have been working on countless positions within various industries, from assistant to general management level, for well-established companies as well as organizations setting up in Hungary for the first time. I am also responsible for running the temporary staff division and business development.

I used to work in the temporary division first as a consultant then as a team leader at Grafton Recruitment. I was responsible for maintaining client relations, recruiting, interviewing and selecting candidates for several kind of positions, managing the administration of temporary recruitment service and project coordination.
