The Pathways Leadership Program is a program designed to fast-track my leadership capabilities and career within Customer Fulfilment. Right away, I was leading a team of 120 people and took on progressive assignments based on Performance KPIs and to show and grow my leadership potential. Efficiency and productivity are within my assigned area of responsibility.

- Executed predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of primary crusher, pebble plant and conveyor belts - Ensure compliance of the maintenance plan - Work orders request and management through constant use of CMMS: MIMS Ellipse - Led a 10-person workgroup to obtain highest plant availability (94%) at lowest possible cost while preserving company safety standards and environment, making a proper resources usage - Efficient annual budget management and planning, deviations within a 5% range

- Three months period assessment - Greater use of existing CMMS: Oracle EAM - Execution of planner's audits - Empowered local employees through training/education, presentations and consultations on current CMMS - Created new SOPs and implemented standardized planning KPIs to arrange comparable data to make improvements - Planners training

- Created and Managed an integrated contingency plan without diminishing equipment availability, about 93% - Conducted about 100+ engineering projects that included budget forecast, mechanical design, construction and start-up, coordinating with providers - Investment analysis in new technologies such as new relining machine, adjusted liners design to improve relining time without prejudice to metallurgical parameters, audio-mill incorporation to better control grinding operating parameters

- Costs control. Identification of improvement opportunities - Direction of root failure investigations (RCA) - Following the budget: anticipation and early deviations' detection - Economic and financial analysis of alternatives for improvement - Elaborated and controlled plant’s annual budget, both OPEX and CAPEX. Hyperion Planning - Optimized work force usage by time-measuring maintenance activities.

- Performed real-time borehole evaluation among a crew of 4 persons. Service invoice elaboration on site - Attended PEPTEC 1, specific tools operations training program in a multicultural environment, 30 colleges, 3 months, USA

- Investment planning, -calculation and –direction. Production line layout. - Specification of new machines, validation and purchasing - Directed capital investments projects, a mechanizing centre and a multipoint gear quality measuring device, valued at USD 1M. - Calculated production capacity with several scenarios and decreased machining time operations by 5% through time measuring and operators’ movements optimization

We introduced Germany’s current economy by briefly looking into its past, its current economic structure and its setting within the EU. We focused on the backbone of Germany’s economic and gave insight into Hidden Champions. We covered topics on innovation, especially in the field of Industry 4.0.

MBA. Strong focus on Entrepreneurship, Investments, Financials, Operations and Logistics. Additionally, the program emphasizes important universal skills, such as critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration.
