Currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area with intent to permanently move to Helsinki, Finland during the 2nd quarter of 2011. Looking for employment opportunities based out of Helsinki, but am willing to travel within Europe if the position dictates.

Member of a 3 person team responsible for working with clients to determine the best mortgage financing solutions for their unique needs. Strong knowledge of ever changing mortgage guidelines in a challenging business environment. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and being well organized led to becoming one of the most successful teams in our Region with over $60 million in funded loans in 2009.

Responsible for the complete processing and closing of all ground up construction loans. Designed and implemented a set of business processes to streamline the construction loan workflow. Closely worked with and acted as a liaison between homeowners, general contractors, senior underwriters and escrow agents. Funded over $55 million in loans during 2007. Laid off in April 2008 due to company exiting the mortgage business.

Responsible for efficient implementation of a software package to automate lending procedures for banks and finance companies across the US. Consulted with senior credit executives to customize the software to mirror their lending criteria. Facilitated training program for underwriters and loan processors at each bank in the use of the software. Included travel to client sites nationwide. Laid off in May 2001 due to corporate reduction in workforce.

Responsible for sales performance in a branch with over 23,000 transactions per month, more than 15 employees and core deposits of over $100 million. Responsible for team building, training, hiring/counseling and sales reporting. Consistently ranked among top 20% of peers in region.

Responsible for all aspects of organizing, execution and breakdown of live national computer auctions and high-tech company liquidations across the US.
