Administration of Sales (OPC, GGBFS) which comprise of : Control of Marketing & Sales Budgets ; Credit control ; Field sales & marketing; Customer Relationship Management ; Event management and Brand promotion.

To coordinate sourcing, purchase and shipment of chemical products from major suppliers globally,to the company’s clients in different countries. Arrange stock control, documentation and shipment from the company’s warehouses in Spain, Belgium USA , Germany and UAE.

Daily monitoring of financial markets (FOREX and Gold Bullion) and forecasting possible trends in global currencies in a view to identifying the most ideal trading positions Identifying new clients globally and selling currency leveraging packages being offered by Royal Index LLC.

To assist in supervision of agency activities in Horn of Africa (Sudan, Djibouti, Somalia and Ethiopia), Seychelles and Comoros Islands. To bring up new business ideas for Maersk Line to kickstart growth of clientele in the Horn of Africa region.

To assist and deputize for the Operations Manager in his absence Management of the Company’s Equipment within Kenya and overseeing other East Africa countries and Seychelles Daily supervision of staff under the Equipment section and Operations department. Allocation of duties and KPIs

Preparing budjets for road maintennance activities and minor application software for monitoring workers wages. To train workers on new application software, mainly windows based
