Worked as Client Site Representative (CSR) to provide engineering support and resolved queries and discrepancies between design and construction. Review pipe routing to check clashes using Plant Design Review. Provide pipe re-routing sketches, additional pipe supports and other related drawings prior to fabrication. Provide construction supervision as required

Check and ensure that all piping deliverables (isometrics, MTO and pipe support drawings) from consultants (WorleyParsons (HULL) and Technip (TOPSIDE)) are consistent and based on project specifications prior to fabrication and construction. Review and revised pipe routing, pipe support drawings and pipe spooling based on DCN requirements. Field verify discrepancies between engineering and construction. Monitor daily activities of PDMS designers as well as work progress.

Prepare piping layout, piping isometrics, material take off and rerouting of piping using Plant Space Design Series (PSDS-3D Plant Design Series Modeling, Microstation v8). Review piping routing done by designers from other HATCH global offices. Assist lead engineer in solving discrepancies between engineering and construction. Prepare pipe support design and 3D model using Pipe Support Modeler. Check and ensure that all piping deliverables are consistent and based on project specifications.

Review and check piping drawings prior to fabrication and construction. Prepare demolition and tie-in drawings, isometrics and material take off. Assist lead engineer in solving discrepancies between engineering and construction. Field verified new tie-ins on existing lines. Ensure all deliverables are consistent and based on project specifications. Lead CADD draftsmen for incorporating of data to existing drawings.

Responsible in preparing piping layout, equipment layout and tie-in locations, pipe support details, isometrics and material take-off base on project scope of work (SOW). Review and check piping model using AutoPlant Explorer. Assist lead engineers in reviewing deliverables, vendor drawings, hook-up drawings, data sheets and other documents prior to final submission. Monitor daily progress and PDMS activities.

Prepare conceptual designs, piping layout, tie-in locations, pipe support details, isometrics and material take-off using AutoCad 2006. Verify and update P&ID’s, piping plans and isometrics based on the comments and as-built. Retrieve existing drawings to be used for new tie-ins using Technical Data Management System (TDMS)
