•Managing the outcome/results of the reorganization and restructuring of Corus Construction, especially those affecting the accounting and controlling systems and the future reporting structures. •Final responsibility for all financial, accounting and controlling functions and activities, including forecasting and annual plan preparation. •Risk management of construction sales contracts. •Support and advising of operating companies’ management and local accountants on all matters.

•Responsible for all fin., acc. & contr. funct.. •Fin. & mgt reporting for Cogent Power Mgt •Treasury function •2003-2005 successful restructuring of division, reduction sites from 7 to 5, labour-intensive prod. from UK/Germ to Hungary, implementation of ‘lean thinking philosophy’, break-even situation in 2006 (heavy losses in 2002-2003). •Prep. of business prospectus of Laminations when Cogent decided in 2005 that the business was up for sale. Presenting the business to potential parties.

•Responsible for defining Finance strategy and supervising its implementation. •Responsible for synchronising Finance strategy with e-markets strategy. •Responsible for set-up of annual BuyForMetals budget. •Managing the Finance & Administration department: Finance & Accounting, Legal & Tax issues and Office Management. •Responsible of Human Resources. •Managing the Finance & Administration budget. •Responsible for defining and implementing the antitrust compliance programme.
