Project Management and Product Management (Shared Service Framework and Financial Closing Cockpit). Responsible for the IT part of the international project aimed at the establishment of the accounting shared services. Product definition acc. to the Design Thinking & UX approach, development acc. to the (partly) Agile approach.

Responsible for high quality delivery of overall SAP FI / CO services to internal customers worldwide in very complex IT environment (with over 200 productive SAP systems of various versions). Reporting to HQ in Germany, directly managing a team of 12 professionals. - Project Manager - Accounts Payable Monitor: 6 million Invoices, 36 rollouts, 40 locations, 90 000 users worldwide). - SAP Requirements management, concepts preparation. - Project Portfolio Management. - Cooperation with SAP HQ Germany.

Main projects: - Requirements analysis prior to SAP purchase and implementation in the field of finance and asset management for a major logistic (incl. rail transport) company. - Requirements Management and selection process management of the ERP and Warehouse Management Software for a TOP 40 Stock Exchange listed production company. - ERP system implementation in a production company – fixed assets and finance - Implementation project audit for an international distribution company.

- Responsible for the new products strategy, localization, Release Management, Rollouts Management, service and implementation. Reporting to the GM, managed a 6 professionals. - Product certification, for the accordance with the accounting, tax and standards. - Project Management of internal and partners projects. - PM methodology rollout in the partner channel. - Budget responsibility. - Team building, couching and performance evaluation.

- Partner support of Navision system - system requirements, testing. - Localization engineer: designing modifications and adjusting the system to the local legal financial and tax requirements, - Training for consultants in finance and logistics: acted as a trainer and coordinator.

Responsible for implementation of financial and logistics modules as well as reporting systems and on-going customer support, which included: - Analysis of customers’ business processes and requirements, - ERP software implementation, both independently and as a team member, - Preparation of procedures and documentation for customers, - Organization and execution of training and seminars for clients, - Design and preparation of complex business performance reporting applications.

PHARE Project coordination incl. budget, plan and scope in co-operation with foreign universities.
