Supporting the Strategy and Business Intelligence team, which is responsible for setting the strategy and operational plan for VTT, as well as for business analytics. Supporting VTT's deep tech incubator VTT LaunchPad and iBEX project solving the global problems of our age; my tasks include internal communications and network management. In addition, I am working with the International Affairs team by helping to deliver international meetings and events.

As Global Coordinator based in ING Head Quarters at Global HR department, I was responsible for managing the global partnership between ING and AIESEC, supporting its growth and ensuring alignment to both organisations' direction. In addition, I was responsible for the internal communication activities of ING's International Talent Programme.

Leading the northernmost local office at AIESEC in Finland. My responsibilities included supervising and supporting the activities of each department. In a nutshell, my job was to make sure we are aligned with AIESEC's national and global strategies.

My main responsibilities included recruiting as well as developing and implementing talent development programs in AIESEC Oulu.
